1. Methods of Payment

1.1 For deliveries within Germany we offer the following methods of payment

- Prepayment via bank transfer

- Amazon Payment

1.2 For EU deliveries we offer the following methods of payment

1.3 For deliveries to all other countries we offer the following methods of payment:

2. Shipping Terms: Delivery

2.1 All orders will be shipped by either DHL or UPS. Within Germany: standard delivery via DHL usually takes 1-3 working days. Via UPS Express deliveries generally take place the next day (no deliveries on saturdays). Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day. Within the EU: due to the distances involved, please allow 3-10 working days from date of dispatch. To America, Asia and Africa deliveries might take about 4-6 weeks.

3. Shipping Terms: Charges

Standard DHL delivery within DE is free of charge for orders above 20€. Freight costs 4,99€ for orders below 20€.

UPS Express deliveries (1 working day) within DE are charged with shipping costs of 7,99€ (incl. 19% VAT).

Freight costs for deliveries within the EU depend on the country of delivery and the applicable rate of value added tax (VAT). We are part of the EU OSS procedure. You find the exact freight costs for your order when purchasing the product and choosing the country of delivery. After that you still have the possibility to cancel your order.

The same accounts for deliveries to NON-EU countries, though these are generally without value added tax. Please note: additional charges may be payable, like charges for import.
